This examples illustrates the mapping capabilities of RADARSAT-1 in the Sumapaz area, Magdalena Basin, Columbia. The arrows point to key diagnostic features of a prospective anticline in the area: 1) dip slope of the eastern rim of the anticline; 2) scarp slope of the eastern rim; 3) south plunging nose of the anticline; 4) dip slope of the truncated western rim.
